One inspection a year that includes clearing the drains, brush cleaning the coils, checking all the electrical components, refrigerant levels and safety switches in the system. Also includes 1 year warranty on repairs.

Advantage Plus Plan $199

Our most popular plan – The Plus Plan. This Plan includes two detailed inspections a year. With one in cooling mode and one in heating mode to test each function. Includes cleaning the evaporator coil (chemically during cooling visit). Drain lines are cleared, refrigerant levels are checked for the ideal refrigerant charge. Then electrical components are checked and tightened as well as the safety switches in the system. Plus, a 1 year warranty on repairs, 10% discount on repairs, no overtime charge and priority status for emergency service is “Same Day” is all included!

Advantage Platinum Plan $349

With the Platinum Plan you get everything in the Plus Plan as well as cleaning the blower housing, blower wheel, inside of air handler cabinet and remove any debris that may be in the condenser. In addition, the Platinum Plan also offers customers a 2 year warranty on repairs, 10% discount on repairs, no overtime charge and priority status for emergency service is “Top of List”.
